Talking about Suicide: Ten Tools

Talking about suicide is our best form of prevention, but fears about this can get in the way of us starting a conversation:

This 90-minute training blasts away fears and stigma, and will equip you with practical tools to talk about suicide with someone you are worried about.

Nature Connection for Wellbeing

It's not rocket science, but it is science. By learning about the underpinning theories and experiencing evidence-based practical activities, you will be equipped with tools to foster a deeper connection to nature, to improve and maintain your mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Stress and Resilience

How well are you coping with stress? Do you spend time actively thinking about your wellbeing, or does life often feel like you're running in circles, like a hamster on a wheel?

Developing self-awareness is key to noticing the small changes in your emotions and reactions before they snowball into overwhelming stress or burnout.

In this workshop, we will dive into the various ways stress and anxiety manifest and explore essential strategies for managing our emotional, physical, and social wellbeing.

Group Reflective Supervision

The general objective of Group Reflective Supervision is to introduce, and ultimately embed, a reflective, supportive model of group-work into your workplace that could be expected to have a positive outcome on employee mental health and team dynamics beyond the sessions.
