Workplace Wellbeing with NatureWorks

Using nature to help your employees improve their mental health, relieve stress, build resilience, and restore balance.

Drawing on principles of Forest School, Ecotherapy, and Social & Therapeutic Horticulture, Air Time delivers nature-based programmes and sessions to increase nature connectedness of participants.

A deeper connection with nature improves and maintains mental health and emotional wellbeing, as well as increasing pro-environmental and pro-conservation behaviour.

To address health inequalities, under-represented communities and individuals are provided with opportunities to engage in nature-based wellbeing courses and workshops, education, art, physical activity, and conservation volunteering.

In-house Workshop

By attending an In-house Wellbeing Workshop at your premises, your employees will learn and experience how nature connection supports mental fitness.

Look after your local wildlife and your staff.

Team Day

Half or full days at a green or blue space near you, where you team will learn tools to look after their wellbeing using the five pathways to nature connection.

Activities tailored to your team's needs may include nature walks, tree ID skills, mindfulness, bushcraft, conservation, creative activities, or even wild swimming!

Woodland Wind Down

Shinrin-Yoku is the Japanese practice of Forest Bathing. It's about slowing down and immersing yourself in the forest atmosphere.

This 2-hour session offers participants a deeper connection to nature using forest bathing techniques, and equips them with tools for relaxation.

Online workshops

Experiential activities to inform your employees how nature connectedness is good for mental health.

They will learn simple, evidence-based actions to improve wellbeing and come away with a toolkit of practical activities and resources.

Wildlife areas

Creation of an outdoor (or indoor!) wildlife area at  you place of work can offer your employees a place to connect to nature at work.

Access a natural sanctuary can reduce stress, improve concentration and cognitive ability,  and contribute to positive wellbeing.

Office spaces

Whether your staff choose and pot up their plant and container, or you simply want some greenery added to your workplace, we have a selection of low maintenance plants that will enhance the environment.
